Keeping the dream alive and strong Full Sail Career Networking Event 2017

Keeping the dream alive and strong..

Creative Audio Post Owner and Engineer Jacques Boulanger (a Full Sail grad himself) had the opportunity to meet with new graduates with eager desire to get into the industry, run into previous employees and hear of their current journey, got to meet many other employers seeking the fresh-out-of-the-oven outstanding & motivated graduates just coming out of Full Sail University, as well as alumni seeking advancement.

He also had a unique and first opportunity in 20+ years (since he graduated from Full Sail) to hang out and catch up with Garry Jones (President at Full Sail University) and Jay Noble (V.P of Alumni Relations) as well as to meet with Tony Mardini (Team manager, Career Development Department). Lots of shop talk over so many aspects of our industry, mutual growth, and new directions & business developments.

Garry, Jay and Jacques talked about the importance of mentoring student bodies and young recruits, potential involvement in future student projects, rapid and constant changes in the industry – and how anticipating them keep one ahead of the game – amongst many other long-overdue conversations. VR was obviously a hot topic, where a mutual, serendipitous synergy was found, leading to shared unique and complementary experiences, knowledge and interests. Lots of great ideas sparked from their meetings… So, don’t miss the next event!

Thank you Full Sail for your second-to-none commitment to your graduates and alumni, supporting our relentless dedication & commitment to keeping the dream alive and strong!
